Dès l’achat et le règlement effectués, vous recevrez à votre adresse courriel :

- un détail du paiement réalisé émanant de la caisse d’épargne,

- une confirmation de votre commande en provenance de la boutique en ligne (DGAC-DSAC-Représentant des ventes)

Point d’information : le justificatif de paiement dit « FACTURE » doit être impérativement adressé au service émettant le document administratif faisant l'objet de la redevance, en complément du dossier de demande comportant tous les justificatifs requis par la réglementation technique applicable.

As soon as the purchase and payment is made, you will receive at your email address:

- the details of the payment issued by the bank - Caisse d'Epargne,

- the invoice of your order from the online shop (DGAC-DSAC-Sales Representative)

Information point : the proof of payment known as « INVOICE » must be sent to the service of DGAC responsible for the issuance of the administrative document subject  to the fee, along with the application which shall contain all the justifications required by the applicable technical regulation.
